I have at last hung my beautiful blinds. They were bespoke with a border and they look great. At first I thought the fittings were broken but my builder explained that they pop back on. So if blinds fall unevenly check the plastic fittings are in place.

Although we had to wait some time for our rug as the size we wanted was currently out of stock Jane Clayton's kept us informed about what was happening throughout. The rug itself is perfect and just what we wanted. Delivery was just when they said it would be and we are very satisfied with the service.

I placed an order for custom curtains for my baby’s nursery with Jane Clayton, and it has been an incredibly stressful experience from beginning to end. Not only are the curtains over a month delayed, but I was recently notified the order I had placed (with a design specialist!) had been modified because they were no longer able to make them as I had requested, and no one had let me know. Considering the urgency, I had no choice but to accept the change. I have yet to hear from them with an estimated delivery date, and my emails and calls are being ignored. As a result, we can’t use the nursery despite having placed this order well in advance of the baby’s arrival. If your order is at all time sensitive, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolute thrilled with our new curtains. The quality is excellent and they arrived ahead of schedule. Well packed - had to leave in packaging for a couple of weeks due to delay in building works. Now hanging and they are perfect.

Sold me a fabric that didn’t exist - fine, honest mistake. So I picked an alternative but more expensive fabric, which I was happy to pay more for but they wouldn’t honour their price matching guarantee nor apply the discount code they have online. They made me wait weeks to get it sorted and had big gaps between emails. Eventually their only option was pay more or take a refund. Thanks for delaying my project and wasting my time.

I am absolutely thrilled with my gorgeous new curtains from Jane Clayton & Co!I went to a local curtain retailer and found a lovely fabric there. The design we ordered was out of stock. We were offered a refund or the option of waiting, which we chose. We were given an expected delivery date and then updated when the delivery date was brought forward. Throughout, we were kept fully informed on progress. When the 5 rolls of wallpaper were available, they came straight away, well packed. The service was exemplary throughout.We recommend this supplier and would use again. Thank you.

The William Morris rug is beautiful and looks great in our sitting room. The price was very competitive too BUT the customer service was not great and we received the rug a week later than expected. The rug smelled of fish when we took it out of it’s packaging but fortunately the smell has now gone.
