I have never ever met people less interested in customer service. Ignorant and arrogant. Never again. Avoid Newport shopyou are not only unprofessional, but also rude and arrogant.I've never asked for any discount, not for 50% discount. its just a lie. I payed displayed prices. I have an invoice to prove it.I understand that is your company policy to deal with uncomfortable for you google opinions.and btw... please ask your salesman (beard guy) to take a little more afford with his personal hygiene and change clothes on the regular bases. First time i was so grateful to wear my mask...

Was extremely well wrap up and arrived in perfect condition within 2 days by parcel force. I spoke to the team on the phone before I made my purchase online. Very friendly and helpful . I made an order online for an Optic and A mounting system. Unfortunately the mount I ordered was the wrong size rings for the optic I wanted. I called as soon as I could after making the order and James was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was able to rectify my mistake and could not of been more helpful. 5+ stars. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I had an Issue with a Gunslip,but after e-mailing the Head of online Sales the Issue was resolved without hesitation,Customer Service was FIRST CLASS and an exchange agreed.Thanks Harry.

Bought some ammo however was not made aware it was non lead which was not suitable for what I wanted. Multiple ammo was shown to me on purchase but no guidance on difference. (Only specified no. Lead in small writing on side panel of box.) Contacted the online team who advised if I went into store they would sort it. 45 min drive to be told they would not refund, swap or provide store credit. £150 Down the drain. Less than a month from purchase.Still hoping to not make it a wasted trip, Was looking to purchase a new Winchester semi auto and wanted to trade in an existing o/u. Was offered £300 though they have exact same model for sale for £750. Shot gun is in very good condition and would be surprised if you would find something of this age in a better state. Very disappointed in the store and for not looking after customers.Not expecting the world but walked out feeling like I’d been taken advantage of and that they just didn’t care.very very poor service

After a long break of many years from clay shooting, I visited the Newport store on Tuesday to buy some cartridges and browse. As soon as i walked in i was greated by a happy & polite chap in the gun room. When i walked into the other side of the store there were a few customers chatting with the staff and i was again greeted with a welcome from the Staff (Stuart i think). The staff member asked if they could help and listened to what i had to say and offered sound advice. They allowed me to wander around and browse the shotguns etc and when finished i was served without delay. I walked away happy with the service and the good value for money cartridges. I didn't spend £1000s but will gladly return without hesitation.

Item arrived with minor but noticeable damage. Reported this back to the store nearly 3 weeks ago and have received no response. I only asked for refund on P&P costs so don’t think it was an unreasonable request, but they could not even be bothered to respond in a timely manner. Does not bode well so I would avoid this store if they consider this acceptable.

I have been a shooter for over 40yrs and have used Litts (now Sportsman Gun Centre) from the time they were on Malpas Road. It hasn’t always been a friendly or even helpful place to shop in the past. Now with Lee, Ben, Stuart and Mike there is always someone who can help you out. Very knowledgeable about fx airguns. Will always get back to me with any queries.can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Bought my first 3 guns here.Great at explaining the weapons.Loads of clothes, guns, accessories and ammunition to shop for.
