You better train the people at the counter, when I have asked about the current offers, person at the till didn't had any clues and said no offers available at store, only at the online. Later once I have placed the order online, he came back to me mentioning there was a better on the store. I think they need a proper training on servicing customer.

Food is ok but if you’re ordering for delivery, make sure you set aside a couple of hours for them to deliver. Pathetic management, wont even pick up calls.Won’t be returning as a customer.I don’t even know what to call this but these aren’t wedges!

Said it had arrived when it hadn't, the manager was rude and swearing at us, told us we can't have a refund. Absolutely appalling service. Won't be going back.

Cold pizza arrived 15min after the ap had said enjoy your pizza. Customer service is diabolical and this is the second time this has happened. Expensive mistake. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

Great Pizzas just not in the Town Center it's a road off of it. Don't have much to do down that road. Ok for nightclubs and restaurants which alot open more in the evenings. They had to bring Pizzas up to the Drapery in Northampton and offer people a slice of pizza and leaflet to get a reduced Pizzas. As My kids and Me were hungry I treated them and ate it in Market walk.

Ordered on the app for collection, pizza said it was ready. Walked inside, told to wait 7 minutes. Ended up waiting 23 minutes as the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Two people standing around and I don’t think I saw anyone wash their hands once. All you have to do is update people.

Very bad service. I ordered vegetarian pizza nd I got beef nd pepperoni inside. Staff name Shabik was very rude so disappointed.
