Sent some items to be repaired. Items were repaired well, and were sent back promptly. I had some issues shipping to Poland, and they were very acommodating with the issues. Top lads, highly recommended.

Safer Hearing
I had a Peltor 7000 Pro-GT in need of a new cord. Unbeknownst to me, these are no longer supported and parts are generally not available. However, against all odds, Tim was able to locate one! He was super helpful and went out of his way to help. This level of customer service is rare these days.

I recently had three Peltor ComTac headsets repaired by Safer Hearing. Tim walked me through the entire process and ensured that my equipment came back in perfect working order. I have never experienced the level of customer service that I received from Tim. I would 100% trust my equipment to this company again.

I had a problem with my older Peltor 7004 aviation head set and asked Tim at Safer Hearing for some help. He reminded me his company was in the UK, so mailing them to him was prohibitively expensive. So he gave me detailed instruction in how to repair them myself and now they work like New! That is called customer service above and beyond the norm! PKC
