This Costa coffee is less crowded and people do not spend the whole day there. Not so grabby. I prefer it here and staff seem a lot nicer and approachable.

Lovely service from Natalie and Sev today. I got my frappe coffee fix along with a recommended babychino. The kids absolutely loved it and asked to give 5 star ratings to these lovely ladies.

Such a massive difference to the next Costa the other side of the stadium.The staff here are spot on, the counter is clean with product displayed well. The seating areas kept constantly clean and tidy. What a huge difference a great team makes to the whole experience.Special commendation to the young lady with the glasses, what an asset to the store. Well done the whole team!

Often very busy and overcrowded. I ordered two drinks and went to use my gift card, only to be told it wasn't working. I insisted the barista tried it again, again she said it wasn't working, I told her to try again, she called someone else over, who swiped it and it worked straight away. I then scanned my app for the points. I asked her if it scanned properly, and she said yes, however, it didn't! Then waited ages for our drinks. Very disappointed!
