Hobbycraft Watford

The worst place to buy from online!!!!!! they allow you to buy products they say they have instore (which they don’t) saying it’s ready in an hour. Haven’t had any confirmation email so I called the store the next day (next day still not ready) when I rang them up to see about my product they were getting them from another store but I had to wait an extra day (the day I needed them) so I said I’d collect from that store or closer one but instead of letting me collect the product they said I had to refund it and buy again which is ridiculous when I am just doing what they where gona do anyways. I’ve already purchased and paid for the product so found this super weird. Very bad costumer service. Still waiting for my refund confirmation haven’t received it at all!!!! Now won’t even answer my call.

Hobbycraft is a little heaven for anyone that's creative. It helps a lot that there's always someone there to help if you need anything and everyone working there is genuinely happy to be there.Paige is a great new addition to the team, so sweet and knowledgeable!

Hobbycraft Watford is a delightful escape from the real world into the world of arts and crafts. Professional or casual, they have anything you need for making, baking, and creating. Its always a pleasure to visit, and I cant wait to go again!

Great store! Huge range of all arts and all types of crafts with everything you could want! Worth a visit as there are bits and pieces inside to inspire you which you wouldn’t necessarily look for. Generally items where priced cheaper then Amazon online abd better quality. Got some stuff for a scrap book. The staff where all very friendly inside and showed me around as I was looking for stuff. 5 stars for quality, choice and customer service.

Staff were amazing last week when I visited looking for glass paint, which I found and bought. I also picked up some (always useful) lolly sticks and a nice iron on patch. This is the best Hobbycraft I've been to. I will continue to support this amazing store. Here you can find model kits, haberdashery, paints, canvases, even some really beautiful jigsaws. Being able to hold the items and look at them closely makes this streets ahead of some mail order company named after a river. Hobbycraft also had a loyalty card and always had special offers on unexpected items. Just browsing here is exciting and sets off my creative imagination.

A good Hobbycraft with a good variety of products. Very friendly staff. Bit niche but they didn't have the knitting needles I was after in that store so would be good if there was a bit more variety in this area

Great for absolutely anything to do with arts & crafts!Literally all you can imagine to make whatever you want, paints, wools, pens, stickers, sewing, building, modelling.The staff are super friendly and when you don’t know anything about arts & crafts (like me) they take the time to show you around the store & help find exactly what you need.If you’re stuck for ideas to do on a rainy day with kids this is your place to go!

Good supply of craft supplies. For my hobbies. I went in for some thread and had so much choice, I was standing there for ages. But got what I needed in the end.
