Green Clean Services came to clean my neighbours drive last week (14th Sep 2020). I approached and asked for a quote to clean mine, which he quoted.Happy with the quote I said I would be in touch once I had finished having modifications made to my drive. Seemed a really nice chap.That Sunday (20th Sep) I phoned to arrange a date for Green Clean to come at a convenient time. I called at midday. The owner answered and said they were out at a Horse show and would phone back in the week to arrange a suitable date.The owner never phoned back, so on the following Thursday (24th Sep) I rang back to see if they wanted the work.To my surprise he was very unhappy that I phoned him on the Sunday and quoted Who works Sundays" I felt that very strange coming from a small self employed business. At the time of the quote he provided a flyer with his business mobile and home phone number with no times that a customer couldn't or shouldn't call for services...I apologised that I didn't know his business hours and asked if I could still arrange a suitable date
