Lovely branch - clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. It's nice to have a building society on our High Street. The difference between the level of service in the West Brom and the woeful HSBC nextdoor is so noticeable. Here, they value you and always have time for you. It was slightly difficult to open the account at first, I had to convince them to do it as they were reluctant and tried to tell me it would take an hour and I should come back ( it took 25 minutes and was very smooth ). Now that I'm a member, I won't be going anywhere. Why make HSBC richer when you can support your local mutual?
