James was excellent from start to finish. I can't make a decision to save my life, but he was really patient with me while I was looking through all the material swatches in the comfort of my own home and he quickly & easily explained the financial impact of different options that I was interested in to help narrow down my options. He kept in touch with me throughout and managed my expectations on the installation date (I didn't have to wait long!). James was so trustworthy that I just left him a key for the second installation date while I was on holiday. I had one small snagging issue and James came back within the week to sort it out for me. Would 100% recommend James and his company!

I had my blinds fitted by James and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He listened to the look I wanted and went through all my options. The fitting was fast and stress free. I love the blinds they really make the room look more luxurious. Will definitely be getting more fitted by James.

James and his team have delivered a fantastic service for my family and I once again, the third time we have used their services. The initial 'sales' visit was informative, sagacious and refreshingly unobtrusive.We have had fourteen professionally designed, measured and fitted blinds and shutters in our current property and are thoroughly delighted with each and every one.Are they the cheapest blinds in the world, no but if I'd have wanted cheap I'd have gone to one of those trashy high street chains, besides you know what they say... Buy cheap, buy twice!Thank you James, until next time.

James was brilliant. The parts came in a week later than he said but I knew there was nothing he could do as it was issues with the port. He apologised, squeezed me in straight away and I can not complain about any of his work. Would recommend!!
