A lovely and hardworking crew, Cosy did a beautiful job with our garden. Our house is a classic Victorian terrace with side return and only access through the house, but this wasn't a problem for them at all! We swapped our worn grass with poured concrete path and wooden steps, for a new patio, raised planters and more sturdy matching tiled steps. They also applied similar patio/drainage in the front garden.Overall the project lasted the expected duration (about 3 weeks), came in at the original quoted budget, and the quality of workmanship shows throughout.Overall, we are delighted and would highly recommend them again.

I would highly recommend Cosy Gardens who we recently hired to landscape the rear garden of our Victorian mid-terrace. It was a tricky space to access with no side return, but the team managed to work around it and complete the job to a high standard, on time, and within the agreed quote. The team were polite, friendly and punctual, and even cleaned up inside our property after they were finished. I can whole heartedly recommend Cosy Gardens to anyone who is wanting to give their garden a much needed refresh. Cosy Gardens were able to assess the area and help guide the design process. They were able to use best practice to all workmanship was fully up to standard in every respect. They managed he whole process from start to finish incredibly professionally, were hard working, tidy and punctual. I really was completely bowled over as how good the finished product was, and have had numerous people comment on just how great it is. A specular job all round.

I could not recommend Cosy Gardens enough. From the moment Polly first came to my house to do the initial survey and quote, their professionalism and communication were second to none. After getting quotes from 10+ other companies, Cosy Gardens quote was definitely one of the most competitive. Between the time I informed Cosy Gardens that I would like them to do the work and the work starting, the communication continued to be excellent. When the garden work started, Polly, Vince and the team were always punctual, extremely hard working, polite, very respectful to my house and extremely tidy. I made a few changes to the plan during the project and the team were very accommodating. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work Cosy Gardens did to my small outdoor space. I would highly recommend them.

We cannot thank Cosy Gardens team enough for the tremendous effort and work they have done for us. They redone our front and back garden which was a lot of work! They were all extremely professional, and very kind. They ensured that everything was the way we wanted it, before they started the work. The team also finished the work sooner than anticipated! As you will see from the photos, the preview owners kept the garden in subpar conditions, and it wasn’t suitable to spend any time outside. The work that cosy done, has made it a beautiful space, and place to want to spend time in.(ps. We done the flowers and planters in the front)Polly was also great. Polly and the team did a great job renovating our garden. After some back and forth we finally landed on a design we were happy with and the work was carried out over a week. We are a mid terrace with no side access so were worried about the mess it might cause downstairs but the team laid protective boards over our floors and cleaned up after themselves every day as well as cleaning the patio and driveway (where many of the materials were delivered) too.There was a small miscommunication regarding the size of pebbles for the border around the grass but other than that we are very pleased.

Cosy transformed our garden earlier this year. They were very professional to work with, clear on the quote and made good suggestions to changes to the design. They worked really hard and completed the work well ahead of schedule.Couldn't be happier with the final results and would gladly recommend them.

Cosy Gardens did an absolutely fantastic job on our garden! I’m so glad we went with them. At the very beginning Polly was professional, understood the brief and came prepared to view the existing garden and review what I wanted. She came up with alternate options, ideas and Vince ensured those ideas would work within the profile of the garden, using precision engineering equipment to measure distance and slope. They both walked me through what would work, what wouldn’t and why.I asked Polly a truly endless list of questions and she got back to me on every single one. She broke down costs and worked with me on alternative options to keep things in my budget. We had a few quotes originally and hands down the quality of the workmanship of the team is absolutely value for money, which is something I'm always concerned with when getting new work done. I’m so glad we ended up choosing her quote over the others. Polly was an absolute pleasure to work with, always communicating, keeping me in the loop.All the boys were polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very conscientious of us, the house, the delicate features and of our newborn baby, keeping dirt and dust to a minimum. There was no side entrance to our garden so everything had to go through the house.Vince went above and beyond as well, letting me know what was happening, whenever they had questions or which detailing I preferred, he even recommended doing some paving work that looked nicer, even though it was more work for them.It’s been 3 months since they did the work and I wanted to check how the work stood up before putting a review down. I cannot fault the work, everything is still as great as it was when they finished, no cracking and all the mortar and joints still good as new, especially after our very cold, very muddy and very wet winter. All our drainage worked well, no pooling of water on the patio, everything is still as level as day one. Our lawn still looks amazing and our centre piece tree survived all good and well.We had our rear garden, front garden and path done at the same time. It’s such a pleasure to come home and see the new path leading to the house. Plus we now have an actual grassy garden for our little one to play in. I can thoroughly recommend Cosy Gardens and if I ever need more garden work in future, I will only go to Polly and her team.

Polly and her team did a fantastic job clearing my garden, laying new turf and replacing fencing. They were polite communication was excellent and I would definitely use them again.
