Always enjoy a McDonald’s until you realise that you’ve sat and waited 20 minutes for your order and it arrives warm not hot, and also isn’t what you asked for, you take it back to them realise that 3 uber delivery drivers are in front of you with large orders and that you might by lucky enough to get a hot and correct version of your food by next Christmas

The slowest mcdonalds I have ever experienced ...... 45 minutes to get a latte in the drive through .... the walk in was shut ..... food usually cold and is never fast the guy that invented the mcdonalds chain would be disgusted with what it has become

There was a massive queue at the drive in, so we parked and I went in and ordered. This move proved to be a masterstroke of strategy and fortune. The food was ready quickly considering how busy the restaurant was at that moment. The food was fresh and correct which was a bonus.

I gave 1 star because it’s not possible to give 0.. Five times now we went to this McDonalds and found that part of our order was not in the bag. Staff unfriendly and clearly not trained in any customer service. Food usually cold. Never any salt on the chips and sauces are always forgot. Today we were missing fries. Before it’s been burgers or half the order. Never an apology. Today i didn’t bother to drive back to get the missing items, but I will drive further next time to a less dysfunctional branch. AVOID!!

20 minute wait for my little girls chicken nuggets meal because she wanted to eat in. Patheticly slow service. To concerned with serving the Deliveroo and Just Eats delivery people than the people in store. Total joke.

Ordered breakfast twice now the first time it never arrived I put order in at 10:40 was still waiting at 1pm so rang the restaurant and was told I wouldn’t be getting breakfast now as it finishes at 11am and I asked when was I going to be notified his response was I don’t know you will have to cancel your order through Deliveroo. Great customer service NOT! The next time I ordered it did arrive but half the order was missing would not recommend this McDonald’s orders either cold, items missing or simply doesn’t turn up.

We paid for a £6 burger through the drive through and it wasn't in the bag. Can you make sure your staff check the orders? Its happend numerous times now.

I would of put 0 starts if I could!!! I Ordered a happy meal for my 15 year old daughter as she wanted one for the toy and didn’t get the right one the food was cold and the drink was literally half empty. No sweet curry sauce either, which always happens when I get delivery. Rang up asking if I could swap the toy and the lady was rude and sounded as if she didn’t care she just wanted to get off the phone straight away. She said they were too popular and ran out so they started a different toy early. if I had known this my child wouldn’t of got one, they should put up signs to say this as many people want the squish mallows as it’s collectible.I’ve had problems with this McDonalds before. As the lady didn’t care and didn’t want to help I contacted the company. Don’t recommend definitely the worst McDonald’s in Newcastle. AVOID!!!
