Very helpful staff. Especially when I made a mistake on a parcel.I've just updated the opening hour times on the Google pin, since there seems to be some changes since Spar took over.

Post office is located inside the Spar, there is a post box outside near the road for letters and now an evri drop off point. There is hairdressers, laundrette and a few more shops in the precinct

Dropped off post which was a covid test, it was a 24hr pre paid royal mail tracked return label and they initially refused it, anyway they scanned it after an explanation and took it and it took more than 24 hours to even leave the post office and took 3 days to reach its destination. Terrible, now I'm stuck inside 2 days longer than I should be. Not cool

The best thing about this place is not the store, nor the Royal Mail but the staff that works in here. Very supportive, and willing to help. I liked this guy specifically, and the five stars is not for Royal Mail indeed.

Located inside the Spar, there is one til and one member of staff available for post office needs causing long queues at all times. They do not provide any paper applications such as the D1 drivers licence application,and when I patiently waited half hour in the queue to request one, the staff were rude and made me feel like I was wasting their time because they couldn't find any. I also had to inform the staff of what it actually was as she didn't seem to have a clue. Will go further afar to Kingswood Post Office in future. Useless

This post office is randomly closed and opened by staff and do not follow any formal opening hours, so you might turn up in the middle of the day to be told that they have staff shortages and they had to close the post office for the rest of the day. Why do they even bother to have the post office there if it's closed most of the time. A complete joke. Save yourself journey and go somewhere else.

Terrible. Set in spar shop, got there twice once 10 am and another time 16 pm and post office cashier was closed without notice or any explanation. When it is open, service very slow with huge queue of unhappy customers especially Amazon ones!

Shabby on the inside (I've never seen the dedicated Post Office booths open) but it's the only Post Office locally that I have always been able to successfully post a parcel at (touch wood).
