This location was busy, but each person (including myself) was greeted, taken care of promptly with friendliness and professionalism. I told my agent it was my first time in Northern Ireland, and he made a suggestion on driving a different route than I had planned, and I was so glad I took his advice. Seeing the Antrim coast was absolutely stunning. I will definitely rent from this location again when I go back.

Excellent service, car and staff. We had a very smooth experience in hiring the care and we even got the car upgraded.Whole staff is very helpful and friendly. They listened to all our needs and also helped us with keeping our stroller when we needed it.Highly recommended! Until now, I've always had issues when hiring cars at Belfast but this was not the case with Sixt. We were given a brand new car, the rental was good value, the staff were amazing and there was none of the 'false damage' blame game that we've experienced before with other companies. Only negative- the full insurance still had a £200 excess fee. On previous hires I've had the option to 'zero' that. Overall a great car, great value, and great staff. Thanks for a smooth hire!
