Brought a Jo Malone from there 2 months ago. At the time when I brought it was told it is the last bottle, I said okay as long as is not been use as a tester that will be fine. However, after I gave it to my friend she asked me why it didn't have any box or package with the bottle. Because it was a limited edition and was sold out from high st stores, so when we saw it she was so happy to see the store have the stock.I didn't check how it was packed,as I had to leave soon I brought the bottle. Now I got so embarrass by giving my friend this gift and found out that it could be a tester, because we believe the sellable bottles should come in a box. She didn't want to ask me before, as she didn't know how to ask me.It definitely not a good experience.

I came into store the other day , I was unsure what products to choose from. I was approached by a pretty petite blonde woman with flawless make up asking if I “needed any assistance” she showed me some of her “favourite” products and told me what promotions were on offer and even helped me swatch some testers and explained how to use the products, as this was my first time purchasing high end make up I was nervous and she didn’t make me feel judged and explained what brands she’d recommend, the women then asked if there was anything more she could help with , I asked where the nike store was as I’m not familiar with the area, she explained and gave me directions , she then went on to serve me at the till, I believe her name was Molly , she was really polite and helpful and went above and beyond for me. I am so very grateful for the service provided and will be back.

Staff are so rude and judgmental, Leanne in particular! Never been made to feel more uncomfortable in my life. Really ruins the shopping experience especially as the rest of the village go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Made to feel like a liar when I questioned their exchange policy, Leanne insinuated I had been in there before as she recognised me" so I should know better (this was my first ever visit) all I wanted to do was spend more money with them and they wouldn't allow me to! Never again

I like shopping in this store. Lots of good stuff with much discounted price. Some times with Beciester Village discounted VIP card , could find even better deals. Much better price than airport duty tax free. I go to there every 2 months. I just love this shop!

Better selection of Jo Malone products here than in the Jo Malone pop up . Lots of really good gift sets for cosmetic / makeup and great selection of fragrances. Dropped one star because there needed to be more staff for the amount of customers who visited but the discounts are sooo good . Picked up jo malone for 76.50 whereas the retail price is 102 pounds per 100ml bottle

Worst service in Bicester village, there is two girls behind the till was extremely rude.

I wanted to purchase quite a few things asked an assistant for some help she was just extremely rude....with big time attitude..! Don’t care if you didn’t want to help but drop the attitude.That store at Biscester village was really busy I picked up a cream which was the last one on the shelf which looked like it had been opened asked if there was anymore in stock and it was like I had asked her a really difficult question. Purchased my goods and girl behind the counter had attitude as well...not a great shopping experience.
