I have been bringing my car to this garage for three years, both for MOT and servicing, and I am quite satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the pricing. They were not able to deal with more complex issues (hence only the 4 stars), but they were honest with it and never charged me for any investigation that they could not solve. I definitely recommend.

MOT. I went here for an MOT test. Never again !!! I was able to stay with my car in their waiting room and watch while it was being done through the glass window. The mechanic conducting this test, in my honest opinion from my 25 years of having MOT's done on various cars, did not care about the correct procedure of conducting an MOT! This man messed around under my engine compartment (wished I had video this) adjusted my headlights on 'Self Levelling' Headlights. The Emissions test he conducted was just Nuts. This person seemed to love revving the nuts out of my engine, really !!! 2 X 30 second increments mate is all that's required. Also seemed interested with 'something' towards the rear of my engine, not sure what, but stopped after about 10 seconds. Other bizarre unexplainable actions by this person during the test. Never Again !!!

I've been using this garage for years. I needed an urgent long journey check and they fitted me in despite being super busy. Great service.

Following an initial chat with Alison (their lovely receptionist), I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle which Alison noted and promised to get back to me with a quote that same day - I heard back within less than two hours! They were able to book my car in the following week and the work was carried out on the same day that we agreed. They are extremely reasonably priced, reliable and friendly - highly recommended!

Excellent service as always. Booked my car in for MOT and annual service. They rang me to say it didn't really need a service due to low mileage since last year - very impressed as they could have just done it and I'd have been perfectly happy.

Took my car here a month ago for an MOT and mini service. Drove my car away and on the same day my car was non stop bleeping at me saying my seatbelt was not plugged in but it was. I took it back twice that same week to get it sorted they looked at it said nothing was wrong with it even though it was fine before and never had any problems, However the day I drove it away it some how had a problem. They was so slow at helping me with the problem especially being a young driver they decided to take advantage of that and fob me off. I rang them up to sort it over the phone too to ask them to fix it for me they turned round and told me that I had to order the part which I didn’t have a clue what I was ordering. Considering it was their fault that my seatbelt buckle was brown they had no intention to help fix it. I’ve had to now take my car elsewhere to be fixed which cost me £140 for a new buckle. So therefore no I will not recoomend this garage.

I had something that needing fixing fairly urgently and when I first called, despite not being able to book my car in for a week, the receptionist recommended other garages and gave me their numbers which I thought was incredibly helpful - in this situation the priority was getting my car fixed, not getting it booked in specifically with them.In the end I did book it in with them and they were very good. Quickly fixed the problem and kept me updated the whole time on estimated price. When collecting the car they helpfully noted some advisories to keep in mind for things that may need looking at soon which was good.Overall, really good value and friendly, professional staff.

Had an MOT here, never again !!! The guy doing the Emissions Test here obviously had no idea what he was doing. I say this because I've just watched a video on YouTube showing a complete MOT. I became very concerned about the amount of revving my engine and the time he was taking in doing so. On this MOT video, engine revs are between 2,500 to 3,000rpm, done twice and for 30 seconds each time, no more. The guy doing mine spent minutes revving the 'nuts' off my car !!! So now you know what to look out for. Never again at this 'Establishment'!
