AVOID like plague for online orders!!! the worst ever company i have ever came across! orders over ''£50 free swift delivery'' non existent - took 5 days to dispatch £130 order. ''Swift response via email'' not existent, phone calls never picked up and voice mails left are ignored. Apart from order Confirmation - 0 emails received. 5 days in - asked on the facebook messenger (morning after 9am) for order to be cancelled as impossible to get any attention from the store. Placed order with someone else and they managed to deliver goods next day [SWIFT Service]. However This store decided to respond on FB on tuesday afternoon, stating that they dispatched goods day before (upon delivery attempt seen it was dispatched @4.28 pm (7.5 hrs later after cancellation request). they then started communicating with no problems, trying to say i should have received 3 emails and then personal email - not of them are true and could provide proof of this claim. Package was refused at the door - as no longer needed, yet seller REFUSES REFUND until items reaches their store! refused packages can take up to 14 days via Royal Mail. Now I am pressing charge back by bank and will be providing all my attempts of communication incl my voice mail left to them. it is their post - their reliability. I didnt accept parcel. Also if i do not get my money back today - I will be making official complaint to consumer rights. Dodgy practices, scammy company!

Great local toy store, lots to choose from including the latest toys and games aswell as some old school toys. Always a top place to go if looking for present ideas for kids of all ages.

Kids love it. Adults tolerate it. It will have something your child wants, and has many choices. We'll be back.

Everytime we go in, the staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. My son loves coming in to either buy lego with his pocket money or simply browse to device what he's buying next. Highly recommend this shop.

Good selection of tamiya models and paints at the back,most of the kit range in one place they do a good range of airfix vintage classics they also stock humbrol glues and spray paints,little bit of everything planes boats tanks and cars
