Very cool Vinyl shop. So spotless! Very supportive of local bands and independent musicians!

It was a nice place, but felt like it needed a bit more colour & character. Had a big selection but felt like alot of it was over priced and was able to get cheaper online. Would've liked to have seen a bigger secondhand section and folk section.

Great selection, reasonable prices - mainly new stock. Would give a 5/5 if there were more pre-owned records for sale.

One of the best record stores in the UK.Travelled from Nottingham, visited a couple of times over the years and the selection is simply incredible every time, especially for my tastes - Ambient/Avant Garde/Electronic/Hip Hop.Out of print records that are simply sold out everywhere still chilling at Bear Tree waiting to be bought.Travelled to London the weekend before to end up buying very little.A gem of a store, really chill atmosphere and great customer service, on top of that the prices are always super reasonable.

Reviewing the actual physical store. On one hand they do have a good and fairly priced selection, actually they beat most places on price. On the other hand, the place feels so sterile and soulless, it's how I imagine HMV would run an indie shop. The staff (usually the same guy) never seems to want to have a conversation or respond in more than one-word answers and you just don't get that fun record shopping experience that you might get elsewhere. Not a big deal to everybody but I always come away feeling a lot emptier than I should when buying vinyl.

Very varied selection of records here, as well as t-shirts and posters. Well-organised selection, and a nice looking shop!

Far and away the best record store in Sheffield, actually my personal favourite record store overall - it's difficult to go in and come away empty handed as the variety of stock is absolutely huge.Worth noting they tend to do cashless unless you have exact money.

I love record shopping and try to go to as many vinyl shops as I can when on holiday in the UK. This one was so disappointing though with all the records being insanely over-priced new stock. It is alright to have a small section of new stuff but people want to hunt out classic pre-owned relics when it comes to records. We can get the new stuff online and much cheaper without having to move. Although there was a lot of records in the shop it just seemed so Bear (sorry I had to), very empty looking, no colour, plain wooden boxes and every white divider looking the same. A previous review described it perfectly as soulless which nails it on the head, no life, no character and very forgetful. So not for me I am afraid but definitely a paradise for wannabe hipsters who think they know music.Btw I also feel if I asked the staff about any music that came out before 2010 I would of got a confused, blank expression back.

Best record shop in Sheffield. Large range of vinyl across all genres & stock is cheaper than most other independents. Friendly & knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommend a visit!
