TEAM VALLEY LAND ROVER SERVICE CENTRE

We’ve currently had a nightmare with our Range Rover but the team finally diagnosed the problem and we got it sorted. Don’t get my wrong it wasn’t cheap but it was a big job. A courtesy car was given for the complete time it was in. We’ve picked it up it had been cleaned inside and out and they’d even filled up my air con. A special shout out goes to James for his constant reassurance and Graham for giving it a good road test. I’ve now got confidence in the car and it’s down to these guys.Thank you

Great service. I have used these guys twice to carry out work over the last year and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Some will say you can use a local garage and pay less but IMO it's a false economy. They do the work right first time and are a pleasure to deal with.

I'm really disappointed with the last visit here . My range rover sport was in limp mode . So when I took it in to get fixed . I was told that they couldn't get the part for 3 months . So leaving me with no car .So I called to another garage that's deals with landrovers and they managed to book me in the next day and fix my car within 4 hours .They also told me I needed a new motor for my window as I kept dropping back down to halfway . The other garage fixed this for free, and landrover was going to charge me £600 .I was really dissatisfied with the service I was given ..

Had a bit of issue with my Velar. The guys at Team Valley dealt with the whole problem with Landrover and thankfully got a result, which was far better than I was expecting. Well done the 2 Grahams; Phil & James. Your efforts are much appreciated. Let's hope to many more mile trouble free motoring !!

After having my Landrover Discovery repaired at TEAM VALLEY LAND ROVERS!!!! AAGHHHSee Picture of Damage to my bumper that was not there when i dropped car off for some warranty work to be done!!!After having my Landrover Discovery Sport in for Warranty repairs at TEAM VALLEY LAND ROVER to have the rear safety camera replaced in November 2021 it suffered damage to the rear bumper on the passenger side. I pointed the damage out to the owner who said the damage was a broken clip and was not done by them as that side had not been touched. I then pointed out that the bumper was flexable and they may not have realised the clip had been broken. I then suggested that he check the CCTV Camera they have on the front of the building to look at my car when I parked it up on the morning prior to the work being done as it was the only car in the car park at the time and would clearl have shown that the damage was not there at that time.This was just shrugged off by him.He the said they would order a new clip but (Never happened) I would have to pay to have it fitted. I did not take a damaged car to them neither did i expect a Landrover Approved Garage to damage my car. They did not do a check of the car before work commenced in my presence which any responsible garage would do.Neither did they do a handover check of the car after work had been completed to demonstrate the car was ok and the new camera worked correctly ( which in fact it did not) So how can they say the damage was there and not caused by them! What a set of Amateurs. I will now seek advice from Citizens Advice and the Trading Standards. I do not accept that I should have to pay for damage to my car that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Not what I expected from a Landrover Approved Garage.Also to top it off had to take it back to have the camera work done properly. Take a video of your car if you ever take it to them for repairs. Never ever will i go back to them!!! Have to give 1 star but it should be a minus score!!!

Disappointing experience. In 2021, I had taken my Range Rover there for its first service. Service was done, but they were unable to check tyre pressure manually as the tyre valve dust caps were too tight! The funny thing is these were the complimentary caps posted to me by Land Rover. Anyway the car was returned to me (is it safe to give a car back whose tyre caps have seized up! ) saying that they will recall me at a later date. Nothing happened. One day the 'check tyre pressure' light came on, I tried to unscrew the cap, the whole valve snapped and tyre deflated. I got the spare wheel changed by my recovery service and rang this service centre who offered no help at all, had no interest what so ever. I drove it to Kwikfit, who kindly repaired the valve for free (to my surprise) and put the original tyre back on. So much so for customer care and service. One of the reasons I ditched the brand all together.

So pleased I found these guys for my Range Rover Evoque repairs, wouldn't take it anywhere else, brilliant customer service, always fit me in at short notice and fitted my roof rails today which they had to modify to fit, and always so helpful when I ask a question, honestly couldn't fault them at all, 5* Service everytime

My Evoque has developed a locking issue whereby the driver’s door doesn’t lock. I barely use the car and I’m informed by numerous Land Rover dealers this locking system is a super common problem which regularly needs replacing. Team Valley Land Rover passed the buck back to me to contact HQ even though I informed them the lines are down.I’m aghast at such shambolic customer service all round for such a premium brand.
