Avoid. Was told they would be here on a Monday by the company, did not arrive, was told on Tuesday that individual contractor didn't realise" he was meant to be there the day before. Did not ring or call me. When they did come theyleft a note simply saying the appliance was fixed - no information on what was wrong. They also left a lot of crud and rubbish from the appliance in my sink instead of the bin which is really unhygienic and frankly disgusting. Avoid if you want good communication

We had planned to use this company following a neighbour's suggestion, but then saw on a neighbourhood whatsapp group images of their van driver trying to illegally force its way past a 'no cars and motorbikes' sign and barrier in East Oxford, even pushing up against a cyclist who was at the barrier. This seemed dangerous and irresponsible so we decided not to be connected with such a company.

Ordered a new washing machine for my elderly mum and Baldwin Domestics dealt with everything including disposal of the old machine without fuss. Very impressed with service and price was fair. Would recommend.
