A person IN THE UK with super reasonable hosting costs and super fast and friendly support.They have multiple explanatory how to videos in cpanel and they're easy to follow, even if you're not techy - its not as hard as it looks and they're happy to help when you struggle.Best customer service I have had as an individual or as a business in my 15 years in the business. However, it is their excellent customer that makes them so good. If any issues crop up they get in touch incredibly quickly, keep you updated and resolve the matter as soon as possible. Totally dedicated UK Family CompanyAfter a lot of research I have just moved my domain names and web sites to Cornish Hosting. I felt it was important to support a UK company, and what a bonus to find this is a small family business with such a good reputation! Most of the companies out there are actually owned by one big American company, though you might never know.If you are thinking of moving domains and web sites, avoid disasters, and contact Cornish Hosting. Someone will contact you very quickly, and they are happy to discuss your requirements.My transfer was dealt with by Andy, he lives and breathes his work, and doesn't pass on to different departments, he will do your transfer himself from start to end with no excuses.Contact and discuss! Received good hosting support but have unfortunately been let down by their Billing dept. We accidently paid twice to renew hosting package, and Cornish Hosting refused to refund the second payment, keeping it as credit on our account (presumably to secure our business for the following year?). We thought we had done the right thing by paying early and through Bank transfer, as Cornish Hosting specified they preferred bank transfer.Received appalling customer service from them received when dealing with this issue, hiding behind their t+c, when a refund is so easy to do.

Been with Cornish Hosting and Andy now for several years after struggling to find a company to host our sites who not only offered good rates but were also able to offer advice and help. Cornish do all of these things, even when I have had sites crash and everything seems lost Andy was able to help me get back up and running.Definitely recommend Cornish Hosting for all your hosting services.

Andy's expertise is second to none, he is so knowledgeable and has been able to get my webiste running far more efficiently. In addition to that he is readily available to assist, and always friendly and very professional.

Above and beyond is all I can say. A difficult domain transfer that didn't work out and Andy then set me up a home and contact page to get my website back up. Excellent service. Incredibly supportive to complete beginners like myself.
