Been a few times now and always more than satisfied. There is LOADS of leg room, I'm over 6ft so that is much appreciated. The temperature is always comfortable if you go in winter or summer which is also appreciated. It's always clean when you go in to the theatre and the facilities are also always of a high standard.Never had a bad experience with other viewers when watching a film, nothing to complaint about ever.

For some reason they seem quite incapable of maintaining a comfortable ambient temperature in their auditoriums.Watching Oppenheimer the room was so hot I began to wonder if it was a 4D screening and we were experiencing the heat of a nuclear blast.Watching the latest Hunger Games movie the room was ice cold.Plenty of room for improvement yet.

I have been to Reel Blackburn before but this was my first time in Chorley. A great cinema especially if you go for one of the smaller screens.They all have large seats and plenty of leg room.Facilities are good and the snacks and a lot cheaper than Vue or OdeonStaff were friendly and helpfulBest of all it's cheaper than the aforementioned brands too

We've been many times. We prefer Reel Cinema to the bigger venues for its atmosphere and comfy chairs as standard. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Pre booked tickets online for a 15 movie, for myself, daughter and my partner.We arrived and spent over £25 on food, drink and icecream.I was served by a miserable, overweight girl with glasses and black hair. I was polite and happy with her, and she just glared at me. Why be in customer services if you're going to be so miserable and unapproachable?She then went over to receive our tickets and asked for my daughter's ID. She doesn't have any ID, so I told the lady that. She said I can't allow her in

Worst experience ever, I booked for my family to watch a movie Saturday evening our 10 year old daughter was very excited. Upon arrival we printed our tickets & went to buy our food only to be refused entry because they had cancelled our movie (did not contact us prior) & replaced it with other! & also sold our seats! This left my 10year old daughter in tears after being excited all day for movie night. What an absolute joke!!! Not only did they change our movie but then went on to sell our seats. I will never use Reel again, my advice would be to stick to Vue which we have never had problems with. Thanks for leaving my 10 year old daughter in tears. You really should be ashamed!!!

It's a nice cinema with comfortable seats. The seats are on a stair like structure meaning people in front of you don't block your view. But the first two rows aren't the best height to view the film

I have been here twice now. Once early morning which I have no complaints it was spotless. I’m currently sat in here and it is FILTHY! I asked staff if there was a cleaner available to be told no and there was nothing they can do meaning we’re having to walk and sit in absolute filth! Food and spilt drinks everywhere! I will not be returning due to this experience which is a shame as it can be clean depending on staff that day.

Very poor tried to book online but due to their website fault unable too, so called and was told they know about the online issues and will block the 4 seats out for us, until upon arrival they had sold our tickets to someone else. No apologies just you can see the next one in 2 and half hours.

Had a good night out with grandchild and family yesterday watching Wonka film, staff brill and all was clean ,toilets and seating areas thanks for a nice family outing .We have been a few times now and will carry on visiting .
