Billing Car & Van Centre

I have recently purchased a Ford Focus from Billing Car Centre for my mother. Mark was extremely helpful in all aspects from sourcing the vehicle (to my exact requirements) through to the part exchange and handover of the vehicle. Everything went extremely smoothly and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again for my next vehicle.

We purchased a vehicle - There was an issue with the touch screen, which was promptly fixed. The customer service was excellent from both Mark, Emma and the garage on Brackmills.

We bought a 2016 Mini from Mark.I can’t rate high enough his attitude and professionalism. We did have a minor issue, which after one phone call, Mark acted swiftly and resolved within the day.Would recommend without question.

Came on Saturday 07.01 to view a Fiat 500. Was talked AT rather than too by such a rude salesman. Was told if I booked an appointment to test drive and decided I wasn't interested, he would be very annoyed". His whole attitude stank and again

Came here today to purchase 2 vans, Mark - the business owner - was very rude and has a bad habit of trying to save himself from embarrassment whenever he is confronted on his lie by overusing the words 'I did say that'.Mark does a lot of talking and not a lot of listening.One of the vans I looked at had perished tyres, lipped disc brakes and potentially worn brake pads - I put forward an agreement to take the cost off the sticker price or at least provide contractual effect that he would meet the cost of replacing this - should it come back from the garage that they were in need of replacing. Mark proceeded to do a lot of talking again about his RAC warranty - Mark would not contract on different terms. The vehicle is also listed for sale on the website, and is on the forecourt as prepared, although if I wanted to purchase it I would have to wait 7 days.More gibberish about his RAC warranty and how he struggles to get vans.I then had to ask which vans were ready to go; a few were pointed to. I then asked: how do I know which vehicles are ready to go". (If they are listed for sale

Amazing service friendly ,helpful with no pressure selling . I got a lot more for my trade in car than I thought . The package that came with the new car was second to none I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you

Brought a Peugeot boxer from here last week and dealt with Mark who was very professional. Mark had arranged my new van to be delivered to me and picked up my px by another guy also called Mark who was equally professional. The hole experience was made so easy and would 100% buy from this garage again also would highly recommend Billings car & central. Top job guys..

Really friendly and helpful staff. Give you time to look around without being pushy. They help sort everything out which makes it less stressful. Would reccomend and will use them in future. Thank you to emma who was amazing!

Great staff here, local and friendly. Very happy with our focus. They source their own vehicles all fully checked happy to answer all questions. Great selection of vehicles to pick from. Their mechanics are great aswell, fixed issue so fast. No waiting days like some places. Fab service
