It wasn't't busy when I arrived early Monday morning. Friendly staff. Quick service. Plenty of choice and plenty of seats around. Toilets are also available.

Beauty in simplicity. I walked into Costa, waited on my designated 2 metre safe distance mark. Made my order with the warm, assistive staff and moved to the next mark to collect my order. I had to pay extra for non-dairy milk, which I hope, will become something of the past. The coffee was lovely. The queue, as I was leaving, was huge. I was happy in the knowledge I had just missed it, which was nice.

Just been in there and got totally ignored by the one counter assistant. I mentioned this to the fella stocking the fridge who looked blankly at me. He then walked around the counter as if going to serve me, before shaking his head and walking off. Fantastic place if you like being ignored; not so great if you want a drink. I walked off in the end and no one cared a bit. Approx 5.20pm on 30/05/2023.

Nice Costa, 200 yards from Snow Hill car park, very nice, friendly staff, super Almond croissant and aid course a large cappuccino, seating area at the back is bigger than you first expect, very clean and well kept. Drink was excellent.

I come here when I’m on the run and feel peckish, I personally enjoy the smoked bacon roll and a large chai latte to go with it

The manager is so rude if you have a offer on and the food is finished then take the board of it is common sense as it is misleading , never will I go to this branch and the poor guy having to put up with that rudeness she was totally out of order rude thing

While visiting Birmingham from Canada in late May. Costa Coffee on Snow Hill became our afternoon coffee destination. The ladies there were super friendly, accommodating and customer focused every time we visited. A great team indeed! We sat both inside and outside and everything was great. A Costa Americano with cream accompanied by a slice of Walnut Carrot Cake became my addiction each afternoon for a week! When in the city centre, be sure to visit this location.....you will be glad you did!
