Was under Neo with no problems, sons last appointment was in April and was meant to have another app 6 weeks later for removal of braces, didn’t hear for weeks had to keep chasing up, eventually booked app for 11 aug, rang them on the day of app to be told it was moved to 1 sept without informing us that makes it 19 WEEKS since his last adjustment! Am still waiting for a response from the practice manager and despite requesting replacement bands last week they haven’t arrived
