For over 10 years I have had unexplainable tightness in my lower back and IT band, which has caused tightness and constant injury when trying to play sports. I've seen over 10 chiropractors, physios and so on with no solution.Within 10 minutes on my initial consult with Sasha, she identified the issue as probably being my psoas muscle. And she was right.With visits to see Sasha plus some stretching homework, I feel incredible. All of the ache and awkwardness caused by the tightness are gone, with this my personal confidence has increased and improvement my mental wellbeing (as the tightness/locked muscles would make me anxious). Before, if I played football, went on a bike or even went for a walk, the next day my lower body would be tight, sore and locked up. Now the next day, I don't even feel any ache at all.I will continue to see Sasha to maintain this and highly recommend anyone who has an injury, or just wants a general massage to get booked in (the online booking system is also great, simple and effective).

Magic hands...I have had a bad back since I was a teenager, which has often left me in agony. I have tried everything, from Osteopaths, Chiropractors, acupuncture and various massages with varied success. I started having regular Deep Tissue massages with Sasha in her beautiful, tranquil therapy room about a year ago and I saw notable improvement in my pain very quickly. Sasha makes you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door, and always gives you time to talk through any troubling areas before the massage begins. Just had an highly relaxing deep tissue massage by Sasha. I’ve been aching from HIIT and this has really relaxed those aches and pains. For the first time in a long time my lower back no longer aches. Sasha is very professional, fantastic pressure and excellent atmosphere and on our doorstep in Peacehaven!
