Didn't come to pick up my vehicle.i was told by the call handlers that the driver collecting wasn't answering the phone and he would call me back when he had the chance however he never did and never came to collect the car

Said they would call before picking up, they never came or rung. Got told on the phone that it's because I didn't answer the phone, but usually the way it works is somebody has to call my phone before I can pick it up.
