Truly the best chocolate I know of. I get through their bars like nobody’s business & can’t recommend them enough

Unbelievable chocolate, tried a few bars now and all of them are excellent and diverse but would especially recommend Solomon Islands Guadalcanal and Makira Island. Really like the fact they include the tasting notes and the packaging is beautiful.Would not be able to buy dark chocolate from anywhere else after trying these, 100% you should try it!

I can honestly say that the service provided by Firetree has been nothing short of appalling. We placed an order back in November and we have still not received any chocolate despite a string of e: mails between us. They have given varying reasons for the none delivery even suggesting that it had been delivered. When we asked for the tracking number, so we could check ourselves, they did not reply. In March we had no option but to ask for a full refund and, once again, they have not replied. If this company is legitimate, which we are beginning to doubt, use them at your peril. The only reason we have given 1 star is that there is no provision for a zero rating.

I recieved Firetree chocolate as part of a Christmas hamper. I've never had it before & think it tastes delicious! Such a beautiful & unique flavoured dark chocolate. I will be enjoying more in the near future. Thank you.

My husband placed an order with Firetree on 29th November as a Christmas present for a friend. We contacted them on 6th of December to let them know that it hadn’t arrived. They replied on the 7th December explaining that they were having problems with delivery by Royal Mail. As the chocolate still hadn’t arrived by 23rd December, we contacted them again (at this point we were disappointed and resigned to the fact that it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas). We received no response. We contacted them again on 5th January and they replied the same day saying that they were experiencing delays with Royal Mail still. We were told that they were sending a replacement that would arrive within the next couple of days. Needless to say, that didn’t happen. We contacted them again on 16th January to tell them that the goods still hadn’t arrived and we are still awaiting a response. I have never written a review before but felt the need to warn prospective purchasers to be weary of ordering anything from Firetree that they may want in a hurry. In their own words, they are currently experiencing delivery problems. Very disappointed! Would have given zero stars but there wasn’t the option.
