A very good service from Cottons Taxi's. My husband and I ordered a taxi last Saturday night to go an Indian Restaurant at Lockyer's quay Plymouth. The taxi was prompt and we paid what we were quoted and the driver also collected us promptly afterwards. He was pleasant and above all drove very safely. Fantastic Service, Thank you

Quick response but on journey to Plymouth, my elderly mother in law was scared as the driver was writing notes of next fare as he drove! He took 3 calls.

I booked a taxi from Cottons for early Sunday morning (12th Nov) from the China Fleet Country Club back to Torpoint. The driver was there exactly on time and the price we paid was what I'd been quoted. Brilliant service and would recommend them.

Terrible service. Picked up someone else rather than us even though prebooked. We tried to speak to taxi driver to say this was our taxi but they took the people that did not book?’ Said did not have a name. Very unfair. Then had to wait another hour to get picked up. Would not recommend due to this.

Last minute booking but thankfully they could accommodate me. Arrived bang on time and got me to my appointment on time as he knew a couple of short cuts to avoid traffic. Thank you

Pre booked. Was quoted £50. Service to and fro from venue was excellent but the charge insreased to £60. Not bad for less than 30mins work.,

We’ve jumped into the taxi when it was almost midnight and there were no taxi cars around but this one. First impression - the car was very run down and dirty.After first 10 seconds of drive my boyfriend told the driver that the car sounded as if it’s tyre was flat and he was 100% right. The driver suggested to use some aerosol to fix the hole and my boyfriend assisted him with that. So then we made our way to the nearest gas station in order to pump the tyre back, and there we realized that the hole was too hot and we needed a spare wheel. The driver was acting as if it was his first day on the road, he didn’t know whether he had that spare wheel or not and was just mumbling smth under his nose. It was almost 12:30 am and we had 20 hours trip prior this magnificent taxi ride, so my boyfriend decided to do anything possible to fix the tyre and finally get us home.He changed the wheel and did everything while the driver was just standing aside.So after all this mess we finally got home and guess what?! Driver has decided to charge us for the ride :) “let’s make it 10 pounds” for 20 min ride.So the question is: who do we then send the bill for fixing taxi car wheel?!
