I arrived at opening time without a fitting appointment - but was booked in with a lovely member of staff and she helped me find the perfect bra! She was amazing, and seemed to just get my vibe immediately and was always happy to find another size or shape or color and was so professional! Highly recommend!

Went into the shop hoping to get some help and was given a fitting app an hour later. Always had issues trying to get the right fitting bra, I've ordered numerous bras online from Bravissimo, but guessed my size. Lucy was my fitter and although I had to try on quite a few I put on the last one and it felt different to every bra I've ever worn, perfect fit, and Lucy was really lovely and patient. Thank you for a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in to buy some new bras today. Sarah, the fitting assistant, was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient and incredibly helpful with all my questions. Came away with some lovely options.

Amazing experience. Kitty was efficient and kind and made me feel comfortable. They are experts - you don’t even have to undress for them to guess your size exactly. I was quite astounded. I never leave reviews but this experience was too wonderful not to. I went in for a fitting not planning on buying any bras and came out with 2 cause kitty picked them so perfectly. Now wearing my new bra and feel amazing!

One of the best bras I’ve ever bought but alsothe worst bra service I’ve ever received. Had to go upstairs three times to check a fit and being the only customer with three staff on I just find that unfathomable. Definitely would’ve gone somewhere else if I wasn’t in desperate need of a new bra. Just wished the bra quality was matched by the service!

Excellent experience with Daisy as my fitter. She quickly understood what I wanted from a bra and found me several options to try on, two of which I walked away with. Daisy made me feel completely comfortable and introduced me to a new size that fits perfectly.

Well, this shop and their amazing staff never disappoint!! Staff are kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel confortable with them and trust them. I always leave the shop feeling confident and so happy. Definitely 100% better costumer service than the Oxford circus shop.I'll keep on coming back here!!

Had a pre booked appointment & arrived 2minutes late to find no staff around the dressing room to even acknowledge when I arrived. I then decided to call out & see if anyone came after waiting for a few minutes. A young lady finally came out at which point I said I had an appointment, she responded that I was late & she had decided to see the next person. Bearing in mind there was no one to attend to customers initially as there was just no staff around when I arrived.They all seemed to be busy measuring other ladies which is fair enough but consideration should have been given, anyway I was then told to wait which I did for about 10 minutes and I was so glad I did. I was then measured by Esther and she was exceptional in the service she provided. From the moment she started she answered all my questions, gave me different bra options. I had originally been measured incorrectly by a staff member at the other branch in Oxford st and was really confused.The knowledge really differs between staff members and it's concerning. I'm so glad that the member of staff that was supposed to measure me didn't instead Esther did because I already felt annoyed by the service I got from the other lady the few minutes I was late. Esther's Bra knowledge is exceptionally and see really made sure I understood the different sizing options dependant upon the different brands. She was very apologetic about the wrong measurement. She was able to continue to help me while she attended to another customer & the quality of service did not reduce or fault in anyway. I will only book with her moving forward & hope she does not leave because after that I would not allow anyone else to measure me. Esther is the standard that all your staff members should be at as far as I'm concerned.Could you please have a member of staff at the dressing room entrance available to check people in when they come for measurement services to avoid customers having to wait or even enter the changing room looking for staff, which is what I had to do.Simply because of Esthers incredibly attentive service, that is why I have given it a high score.
