I usually get my car serviced by M&P Autos, but since they had closed, I decided to go to Bismillah Garage. From the minute I booked my car in for a MOT and service to picking up my car at the end of the day. The customer service was impeccable,I will definitely be using them again, you should too!!!!!Highly recommended

Had my car MOT’d today and the service was amazing, they took my car in and offered me refreshments as I waited in the viewing bay. They started the MOT straight away and didn’t keep me waiting for ages. After the MOT was done they showed me all the advisories on my car and I was very happy with the service and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back

Dropped my car off due to breakdown. Staff have gone out of their way at every step to help me get my car fixed as soon as possible. The part I ordered online didn’t arrive in time and the team were very accommodating and patient with this. When it was due to arrive the next day the gentleman even volunteered to pick up the car part from the store on a Friday evening to save me running around. He even managed to get my car fixed by Saturday lunchtime despite being fully booked that day. They even did a quick check on my car on their own accord and advised me on other faults with my car. They are very prompt with replies and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Extremely professional, friendly and outstanding customer service - I have never ever experienced a business go out of their way for a customer to this extent before. Could not recommend this business enough!!

Got my car serviced from here, and everything went very smoothly. The member of staff was polite and professional. I dropped my car off at 9am and the car was ready by 3pm. Brilliant service - would recommend.

Good customer service and quick work!I wanted to get a diagnostic done on my car and get the front tyres checked due to some smoke coming out. They provided me with the next day appointment due to the urgency of my situation and completed the full diagnostic and sorted the payment out with my car company. The process was very smooth and they communicated well with me.Loved the customer service experience! Highly recommended garage.

I have been a customer of BISMILLAH GARAGE SERVICES LIMITED since October 19, 2021, primarily for MOT-related services. What has impressed me the most about their service is their reliability and their ability to efficiently identify issues with my vehicle that were overlooked by other MOT garages. One specific instance was the discovery of a problem with the Anti-roll bar linkage, which had been causing a minor clicking noise in my vehicle since I purchased it in 2012. BISMILLAH GARAGE SERVICES was the first garage to successfully diagnose and rectify this long-standing issue. In addition to addressing this problem, they also identified and fixed five other significant defects during the MOT inspection. In my opinion, they are a trustworthy company that offers reasonable prices for their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Been going here for 2 years due to it being the nearest mechanic to me, after now moving out of the area and finding a new mechanic, I was told my car looked like it had not been serviced for many years. Was told there was oil mixing within the engine that should have been picked up on a long time ago and it looked like other issues had only been “patched up” and not properly fixed. I was charged £300-£400 everytime I bought my car in only to find out none of these issues were fixed. It’s very disappointing to be told this because I genuinely trusted the staff here.
