Ian carried out my HomeBuyers Report survey on Friday 23rd October. When I enquired his reply time was incredibly fast, he answered all my questions, let me know availability and was happy to communicate with the estate agent to work around everyone's schedule. He did a walk through of the property with me which was really helpful and offered recommendations of who could help with repairs/certifications that were needed. He was really friendly and I would definitely recommend Ian. I was very impressed by how quickly I received the written report.

I had an excellent experience with Ian- he was recommended through a colleague and I knew nothing of building surveys (having never bought a house before) and he went above and beyond what was asked. His report was extensive, detailed and personable, explaining things very clearly (so that even I could understand) with loads of photos to illuminate the issues being addressed. Have suspicion he put a lot more work in than what is generally required, as it is an old and quite complicated property, and the report ended up being very comprehensive. He responded to my enquires and emails promptly, booked in the survey quickly, talked me through it afterwards and was super nice to boot. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Ian - swift response time and very prompt follow up. It wasn't our cheapest quote but we went with Home Survey Solutions anyway because Ian seemed so much more on the ball, and I'm glad we did.
