Hi Janine, just wanted to say thank you so much for our amazing bathrooms! We are thrilled with how they turned out. Your input on the colour schemes was spot on. And the fiora furniture and showers are so unique and stunning. Everyone comments on our Thomas Crapper sink in the downstairs w/c. I just need you to come and do the rest of the house now lol. Thanks again for all your help and to the team at Kildress Plumbing for the first class customer service.

Phoned up to get a couple of prices for radiators they stock. Was asked to send in details on WhatsApp as they were dealing with a customer.Sent the details at 1030 expecting the prices back shortly thereafter. No reply for over an hour so sent another text checking for an update. Apparently showroom were very busy and still working on these prices.Sent a third text after 3pm enquiring about the delay for a simple price of radiators and got another reply stating how busy they were but they’d follow up and let me know. That was 5 days ago. Absolute shambles of an outfit. Luckily as I will be needing a new stove and full bathroom & en-suite I’ll no doubt save myself some stress and not entertain this company with any further business.

We have just bought a Charnwood Multi Fuel Stove from Kildress Plumbing Suppliers. Ryan was a well-informed sales assistant who spent a lot of time with us explaining all of the pros and cons of various makes and models. Very friendly and patient. Would highly recommend.

Went here to purchase a stove friendly enough sales staff sell sand to arabs .This place goes seriously downhill once money has changed hands. After installing the stove I had serious issues which i took pictures and a video of the problem and emailed. Rang several times to speak with a guy named Fergal who till this day has never once taken a call returned a call or replied to an email. Only consolation is I was for buying all my bathroom suite here and can get satisfaction that I've spent my money elsewhere. Sorely disappointed with this place I'll never set foot in it again

When we were building Julie was an absolute god send. We had bought our ensuites from another supplier but it was an issue after issue with wrong sizes and bits missing. We bought the main bathroom via Julie, who was a wealth of knowledge and she also fixed every single issue that arose from the other supplier. Quality of good was outstanding, swift delivery and Kildress is the only place we would go now or recommend.
