Absolute sweethearts here.My uncle always tells me to go here and I've never had a bad time or not been looked after by everyone here.Always 5star service, help, prices and people.10/10 guys, thank you for looking after this slightly crazy person who always ends up with weird damage to her car. (That is most definitely not caused by curbs etc!)

Yeah 100% will recommend them! Quick, easy and good tyres. They changed them in my car same day did called tgem, and takes just under 40mins .

Called for a quote for some repair work for an MOT failure. The guy who answered the phone was rude and patronising, he refused to break down what he was talking about for a female who doesn’t quite under the ‘motor jargon’.. he then fired loads of pricing figures at me, didn’t really sound like he wanted to help on the phone. Requested them an email so I had for my reference, as most companies would send a quote across.. was simply told no. Wouldn’t send my business here if it was the last place available after this treatment. Which is a shame, because the tonbridge branch are lovely.

Flat battery with a 1 week old newborn baby…After being let down by Halfords the evening before (them being the only place open at the time). Halfords said the battery had to be replaced by Ford as it had start stop and the EMS needed resetting to make the car drivable. We called on a whim to see if Setyres Tunbridge Wells could do it as we have had our car serviced here for years. Within a few hours of the call the new battery was ordered in from their suppliers and fitted the same morning! No fuss excellent reliable service, can’t fault it.Apparently Halfords just didn’t want to do it as it involved removing parts of the engine bay to remove the battery. The EMS system didn’t need resetting. Saved us an expensive longwinded trip to Fords!
