First class service, friendly and efficient. I went in with a pair of suit trousers and did not know if the alteration i wanted was feasible. A few minutes in the fitting room and I was assured they would fit perfectly when the work was done. Picked them up today and they are a perfect fit at a very reasonable price. It is clear that they have a lot of experience and are very good at what they do. I am not surprised that every other review is 5 stars.

I left in a good deal of clothes that needed buttons and zips replaced and holes sewn etc. Renata carried out all the work within a few days and even carried out some extra work that I hadn’t even asked for such as tidying up ragged ends of trousers etc. She is also extremely pleasant and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I went in to get trousers tailored and hemmed to take off a few inches off the bottom as I did not like the detailing. I specifically said that I wanted the detailing removed. However when I came to collect them, the detailing was still on and length was removed from the leg fabric. Such a good pair of new trousers that sadly won’t be worn. Disappointed more than anything.

I think this is a good place to get alterations done. I've had sleeves shortened and hems adjusted on other items.
