We've recently used Dezrezlegal for our sale and onward purchase and I couldn't have been more impressed. Regular communication and updates, a very easy to use and handy online portal where you can see where the process is up to and all documents are stored in one place, and all steps were actioned incredibly quickly. As well as a very friendly and supportive approach in general. Thank you Dezrezlegal for making this process so stress-free for us!

Dezrezlegal handled the sale of property and made a stressful experience, a lot easier. Victoria was quick to respond to any emails and if she was out of office, somebody else picked them up and responded promptly. The sale became difficult toward the end when dealing with the buyers solicitors but, Victoria repeatedly chased them with exchange happening yesterday and completion set for today. I highly recommend using them and if I were to buy again in the future, they would be my first call!

I used Dezrezlegal to sell my house and buy another. Throughout the process I was kept informed throughout. My Conveyancer, Edwina was very professional and explained things when asked.The company have their own portal where the entire case is on line with your own account and is available to see the progress. All documents are added to the portal and all legal documents are sent through email and electronic signatures applied to the documents making the whole process pretty slick.The portal is quite daunting at first but persevere as it is quite user friendly when you are used to it.I would not hesitate in recommending Dezrezlegal.

I would recommend this company all day long for any conveyancing needs. Very professional, a breath of fresh air from your average conveyancers who tend to do things when they feel like it. A rare & genuinely outstanding team of true professionals. Kate Packer and the DezRez team made the purchase of our first house as simple, stress-free and rapid as humanly possible.
