Took car in for four new tyres. Paid in full and on their attempt at changing the tyres they broke the locking wheelnut, with no tyres changed. Two day the car was out of action, illegal to drive due to old tyres. I had to pay for the repair, they caused, and now I have to replace the wheelnuts myself, £90 for the repair and another £40 for locking nuts. Paid for the repair in cash as well due to something about not making any money of it, the cheek of it. No awareness they were wrong and also no apology all laughs and smiles at my expense. Cannot believe the treatment I received.

Ran out of superlatives for the service I received after my tyre pressure warning light popped up on my way to work. After arriving with no booking and before they were officially open, the manager said that he could fit me in and even sort a lift to get me to work and back! They fixed both tyres for an excellent price and will definitely use them again

Called first thing in the morning after finding a flat tyre. I popped down an hour later and was in and out in no time. Thought I would need a new tyre but the team did an excellent repair job instead, saving me ££.
