The service was very good although the employees were overwhelmed. It was very crowded but still we were able to find a place to sit. The food was good.

Very bad hygiene, none of the food Handling staff/crew wearing gloves.Ordered Double BBQ Quarter Pounder with cheese but was given a single quarter. As this is a take away order, only realize it later

Paying customer asked to use the toilet they said it was out of service.So asked for a refund and said I would like to go somewhere else which they said no to and just opened the toilet which were full functioning.You should be allowed to use the toilets anytime of day or night if your 24 hours or late opening and early mornings.Clearly cutting on costs by not having the toilets regularly cleaned and open within your opening hours which is required by law because you have more than 10 seats.

I went couple a days ago, there were at least 10 employees there, not bothered at all about the customers, just cleaning.It's a manager's fault because he can't have everyone's on cleaning duty.After a few protests I finally got my flat bread....it was cold and the cheese hasn't melted.Horrible

They gave chicken nuggets instead of garlic cheese bites. It was a take away order so I called them from home when I found out. But the restaurant didn’t pick the call.

Every time I come here my number comes up on please collect" about 5 minutes before its ready to collect. I understand that the venue is counted on it by corporate overlords but... make the food faster or be hones how bad you are"

Check your order before you leave. Within my take out was a quarter pounder with cheese when I actually ordered a double. Not happy as thats a big waste of my money

Food cold, chips full of oil, slow service.Dirty tables, saw one guy wearing no gloves handling meat then touching non meat items so possible cross contamination.The shop is too full and there are loads of motorbike delivery drivers waiting to collect food. The manager was also very rude to one of the drivers. Dont waste your money here no matter how desperate you are lol
