each time I’ve come in here to buy someothing, I’ve always seen Keivy with the worst attitude! Came in the other day to buy a Hismile product, it wouldn’t scan, another really polite lady on the till asked her to grab another one, she snatched it out of this woman’s hand and reluctantly got another one! Poor woman had to apologise for her behaviour. I would’ve thought oh she’s probably having a bad day like we all do, but this is constant!

31.03.2023 Small and crowded store. Wide range of products. Reasonably priced and they have a perfume counter.Pharmacy services are back up and running (although is not a happy lady). Empty blister packs can be recycled here.Best to go on a quiet morning.

I was looking for someone to help me and noticed that there was one member of staff at the back of the store gossiping with another member via their headset. As I'd finished shopping, and was leaving the store, this member of staff was standing at the front of the store gossiping with another member of staff. Poor show!

I’ve worked for SD before, started a job here on 12 weeks probation, as far as I’m concerned no feedback on time keeping or performance. Was told on staff WhatsApp group chat of my probation was going to be early after 5 weeks by the store manager, was told they were terminating my contract, others within SD said that procedures wasn’t followed properly, so I done a grievance procedure after a couple of weeks, got a decision from area manager, though he agreed some of the procedures haven’t been followed but still decided to terminate my contract, complete waste of my time, everything is based on targets no consideration on time keeping, customer focus and attendance. The store manager and area manager for this store don’t have any appreciation for people’s feeling’s and lives. I certainly do not recommend working for Superdrug or any other related company. I will miss the customers and some of the staff as they appreciated my hard work, but I will not miss working here. SD since haven’t apologised to me, disgusting company with vile people.

Very crowded especially on weekends, click and collect works flawlessly if you have time to order online.

Very big store with a large choice of essentials. There's also a perfume counter and a brow centre. Friendly staff and low prices.

I had a very calm, genuine and warm interaction during my consultation with pharmacist called James, scottish accent. He was very professional and came across as very genuine and actually caring. My experience with previous pharmacists at superdrug st Stephens street were average and more so rushed. After the consultation with James, I felt touched by his kindnesses and calmness whilst being able to be efficient.

When a customer asks you to check a price on an item, as your website shows a different price, just check it.Don't stand there arguing that instore prices are different, especially when I was right and it was the price online.Your embarrassed reaction just makes it awkward for both of us.

The NHS lady that does flue jabs, on Monday said I don't have enough

Nearest paid parking in and outside chantry place. Staff helpful. We came here for the travel health clinic. The nurse was really lovely but the service charge was expensive, unfortunately there wasn't any other choice.
