Excellent customer service! I ordered two pairs of shoes on the Tuesday and decided that evening that I wanted to swap one pair for another style. I spoke to the store via live chat and they informed me that unfortunately the parcel had already left, and to return the shoes when I received them. A couple of hours later Christian called me to say he had intercepted the parcel, swapped out the shoes for the pair I wanted and had already refunded me for the pair of shoes I didn't want. For me that shows why you should shop independently. Thanks again!

Really very rude...They refunded me an item only because in the confirmation email replied asking if they had bad reviews...Because I had confused online reviews of another site after I apologized But they wanted to cancel the order saying that I had accused the site of having bad reviews.The thing that surprised me most that it was they who told me they could put a negative review is that I had the right to do it since I had not been happyAnother thing that shocked me is that they went to see my profile played to see everything that was connected my profile coming my writing in emails who I was and what activity I hadThere is no point in turning the thing in your favor...unfortunately you turn things around as you please, the truth will only be known to the two of us ... the fact is that I wanted to buy pants for me and you only made me waste time

Outstanding experience with Blues, having spoke on the phone with Christian he promptly sent me measurements for the item I was after. Having expected shipping to take 2-3 days, he actually sent the item 24hour free of charge. Will definitely be back for more pieces!

This is one of the best shops I’ve visited in the world. The lovely people that run the shop are what make it a magical experience and visit. They sell very very special things that probably transcend what they appear to be on surface and material level. It is a place to go to incorporate into your modern rituals. Enjoy.
