Uunder no surcomestances will I ever allow my mother to be placed here againShe came home after 6 weeks with a uti they said she had had a sample taken and it was clear My own gp comfirmed not The social worker didn't put anything in place that was requested and she had multiple fall while in no follow up after they literally dumped her home

Rooms very good but residents are left to their own devices.The staff I spoke with had a good attitude but the care a relative received in here was shocking with a safeguarding issue having to be raised from a local authority.As a family would never ask a relative to be placed here again.

Never under any circumstances ever let your relatives stay here. The food isnt fit for a dog. The rooms are worse than prison cells. The staff are rude and short tempered borderline abusive. They have failed to record medication and sent a patient home with no perscriptions as their doctor" didnt record a single bit of it.They all want sacking and the place burning to the ground."

My mum spent a few weeks at laburnum lodge. She loved it. The staff were fantastic. The food is good. The rooms are great. We were allowed to bring her tv in. So if she wanted to relax in privacy rather than using the common room she had the option to do so.

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. The staff are fantastic and really do care, the place is immaculate, and the facilities are superb. Not generally the biggest advocate of Bolton council but this goes to show what is possible with the right people leading the business.
