We had logged a request on line and on phone for a service call-it is still not solved after 5 months. It has been two months since a contractor visited our home and decided that the air extractor is faulty. Since then our e-mails, calls and logs into their website have not been replied. Might be because it is a part under warranty and it might be a company policy to filter some non-profitable requests.It might be a good place to work though as no calls are replied generally. (I have been on phone for half an hour today without a reply).

I wish I could give a minus rating!!Logged a request on line for a service call-it says 3 days and here I am 8 days later with many follow-up emails, hours spent listening to patronising recorded voice messages and guess what-absolutely nothing !!This company is a total disgrace and I urge anyone thinking of buying an appliance from them to think VERY carefully

The one star I have given is one too many, terrible customer service. Can't even answer any of the emails I have sent asking a simple question on what parts are needed for my Belling Range.........appalling.

Glen Dimplex do not know the meaning of customer Service. Appalling in a word.We waited 6 weeks for engineer to call and replace faulty Induction hob, this resulted in another fault with The Stoves range cooker. We have been told it will be a further month before an engineer will call to fix a problem of their making. No one at Glen Dimplex takes ownership or responsibility of the issues/problems and complaints their customers have with appliances, in order to try and resolve them efficiently and effectively..

They provide spare parts for a variety of their appliance. I ordered spares for a range cooker.Unfortunately the service they provide is a shambles. The delivery takes between 7-14 days (mine still hasn't arrived after 10 days), with no tracking.

Customer service poor, after sales state they do not provide service for a faulty four year old product or spares.What a waste of £249 for a mini Mozart fire surround.This was my second bad experience with their electric fan products

Awful customer service. Their product doesnt function properly and they dont even answer phone calls when you try to solve the issue. ( we holded the line for 20 minutes, no answer.)

Please avoid. Booked a Repair which the Engineer could not carry out due to COVID restrictions and was told to wait and my case was live. I have now been informed that after a change of systems my repai has been lost and they had the incorrect post code on my registration. My repair, under warranty, which I have waited two years for will now be £128.00. Customer Service is none existent, please avoid.

Have a faulty optymist been trying for along time for them to exchange or fix . Can't speak to anyone and if you do get through you wait an hour till they answer promise to phone back after 3-5 days I think they mean 3 -5 months don't buy a dimplex after sales is very poor.
