Following a last minute, nightmare situation with HSBC, we approached Prosper Home Loans late on a Saturday in the hope they could rescue our relocation dream. Not only were the team incredibly responsive (even on a Sunday during the World Cup!) they went that extra mile to ensure we secured a great rate (in complex circumstances) and our mortgage approval was chased through as swiftly as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough.
