Possibly the most unprofessional company I've ever come across. Only tried them as they were open till 5:30 so I could collect on my way home from work. Took nearly four hours before someone answered the phone to take my order. The lady repeated back to me what I had asked for and when i would collect. No problem. On collection the girl in the shop had no idea who I was or where my flowers were. A quick phone call and the owner I presume said I'll be back in 2 mins no worries. 5 minutes later another call and now she wasn't retuning as she was at the doctors now. She then tried to fob me off saying she had misunderstood what I wanted and the flowers in the shop window that were nothing like what I ordered were for me. So basically she forgot to make up mine and tried to pass off what was in the window as mine. Shambles. Only giving one star as can't give zero. Which is still too much.

What a gem Amanda is! More than helpful from start to finish and everything else in between, couldn't recommend enough. The flowers for our wedding were spectacular.

I had a total transformation to my hair. I was nervous as never had my hair done at a salon before but Amanda really looked after me. She ensured I was happy with every stage and did a wonderful job. Whilst I was there I had my brows done with Emma who did a fabulous job. The decor of the salon is lovely and the products used are quality so there is a more of a luxury feel which is a nice bonus.

Had a children's pamper party and they were utterly spoilt and completely loved it! One of the guests said it was the best party they'd ever been too and my daughter has asked for the same again next year!

The shop itself makes a very good impression on the outside and on the homepage...very professional. But that's probably it for professionalism! I placed an order for an anniversary for my girlfriend with the delivery date and paid...of course the bouquet did not arrive on time and only after several chats the following day was the bouquet delivered...of course very uncharitably designed and with the wrong message. The entire chat was full of excuses such as they tried to deliver several times or the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I personally find the service disastrous and cannot recommend this shop to anyone when it comes to ordering and delivery.
