Linden Hall Surgery

Had a really terrible service today, prescription not ready at the pharmacy as the doctor hadnt signed it off and this was 3 hours after he advised me would send the prescription to the pharmacy. Just think this is poor service, and when you call the receptionists dont get anywhere at all how frustrating.

Very poor booking service that needs to be scrapped.It does not benefit patients but the staff.Your told to call the morning from 8am - even at 8:05 or 8:10am : the lines are not reachable & giving you a recording to call later .Calling back at 9 when your then just 2nd in a queue-to be told all bookings are filled & just for emergencies.So I'm wondering were there pre-bookings or do you just see a small amount of patients daily?? Its just a sham!!! So disappointing & poor service.

Great doctors surgery. I have to agree if you phone for an appointment it is pot luck, but if you think how many doctors there are and people to serve it has to be difficult to meet demand. I use online booking. All the doctors are excellent and reception is great too (especially Chris).

I've been with Linden Hall for over 25 years. I've seen good Doctors, Nurses and Staff come and go but it still remains a great Surgery. Thank you Linden Hall for all your health support in my families life in the past, present and future.

Impossible to book an appointment over the phone. If you do happen to get through to a receptionist it often won't be a pleasant experience; they are unempathetic and come across as rude. Out of the five times I've needed a doctor since being registered here I've had two very unpleasant experiences with the receptionsists, both of which left me upset and displeased. The doctors themselves were very helpful on the occasions that I managed to get an appointment. Parking can be appalling. Don't register here.

This surgery has provided great care for me and my family for many years. But, as others have mentioned in their reviews, the appointment system, or more specifically, the phone system is poor.I've been on hold for 46mins (and counting), starting at position 9 in the queue and I was at position 6 for half an hour which suggests to me that no one is actually answering the calls.If this is to be the only way to make an appointment it needs to be fairer to those patients calling in.If and when my call does get answered, I'd like not to be asked if it's an emergency and made to feel like I'm an inconvenience for calling about a medical issue to a Doctors surgery either.

You cannot call them any time of the day because they are always busy. When they tell you to call back at 8am, they are also always busy so the chances of you ever getting an appointment are close to 0.

Absolutely lovely staff, best doctors I’ve ever been to. Very accommodating and they go to the ends of the earth to make sure you’re sorted out! Cannot find a single fault

First visit here today after recently moving to the area, everyone was very nice , doctor Hussein was very professional and thorough, waiting rooms are clean and spacious.

Cheryl the receptionist is the most rude, obnoxious person I’ve possibly ever come across. Doesn’t let you speak, doesn’t want to do the job she’s employed to do and thinks she knows better about the patients concerns rather than the actual patient themselves, constantly speaks over you, puts you on hold half way through TRYING to speak when you finally get the chance and refused to give her name three times when asked, to avoid probably another complaint about her attitude.Surgery has completely gone down hill, refuse to give appointments out, when booked online they get booked with the incorrect person for weeks in advance and when calling reception they wont let you rearrange for another doctor or sooner appointment.When you actually manage to get an appointment, the doctors are helpful.The receptionists (apart from Barbra who’s actually really helpful and understanding) are useless and entitled, especially Cheryl, she should be sacked or demoted to a roll which requires no human interaction as she’s clearly not capable of speaking to patients in the correct manor and doesn’t want to do the job she’s paid for anyway.
