Engaged with Gregor and the team to do a full house remodel on an Ecrepont bungalow in Ayr. Involved full rewire, knocking down existing outbuilding and garage, building a new large extension, fitting kitchen, new bathroom, full central heating and boiler install, dormer window and velux window installs, new staircase, roughcasting, plastering throughout, installing windows.......Work completed to high quality, project started on the planned commencement date and was well managed throughout, progressed in a steady manner with regular communication. Fair and reasonable price with no surprises.The team have transformed a house that needed quite a bit of TLC and updating into a bright and modern home. Can't praise them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a full house remodel..

Shire design built us a large garden room and what a difference it's made, Gregor and his team installed all the structural steel for the frame themselves, they were brilliant, everything is perfect and when the bi folding doors are open the space is great for entertaining family and friends
