Repair Force
Called with an oven issue and had an engineer out very quickly. Spare parts were needed, ordered and once they arrived, I had the engineer come straight away. Professional, very reasonable cost and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Giving 5 stars for Zohaib, he came around to have a look at my dishwasher and despite delays of him getting into the flat (not his fault at all) he spent time with me going through the issue and consulting relevant people to get it resolved. The communication from repair force (not zohaib) could’ve been better, but Zohaib was great.

Our reparir was scheduled at 8am -1pm, so I wait until 1PM and I thought no one is coming. Luckily I got called shortly after 1PM and Haib told me he is coming and he has a busy morning. It is Sat and I appreciate he works diligently over the weekend. He is friendly and provide some advices, I will continue to observe.

We have just moved into a rented property and experienced a few teething problems with the washing machine and dishwasher . The agent employed Repair Force to fix the issues and they have been brilliant. They were quick to respond, communicated well, turned up on time and fixed our problems straight away. I highly recommend them.

Zohaib repaired my washing machine today and he is a really responsive and professional engineer. He quickly identified the problem and explained the repair process in details. He also advised on how to take care of the washing machine after the repair, which was greatly appreciated.

Zohaib rapidly and correctly diagnosed the problem with my Smeg Oven. Parts were ordered and I was kept in the loop by the office at Ilford, both by texts and e-mails. He was here within a wk. with the new spares which were fitted and I'm back on track. Zohaib's work was thorough and it was a relief to have him over as an engineer.
