As a carer in Glasgow I attend a young man with disabilities. His sister looks after him. She used this company for a new bathroom. Roughly 6 months ago you installed a bathroom but it is not yet finished. Your workmen have left a 3 inch gap between wall and toilet cistern. The lights and wires are still hanging from the ceiling. Communication is absolutely disgraceful. Even although an abundance of promises have been made this man and his sister and still waiting on a resolution. This is just the tip of the iceberg of your company’s workmanship. Your company would never be recommended from me

Bathroom solutions got me out of tricky spot, thanks to a very helpful chap by the of Peter. He managed to find the right parts for a toilet seat thanks to him searching the net for the right seat. So great job Bathroom Solutions.

Have used Bathroom solutions several times over the years and highly recommend the service and showroom displays . Usually best to book a slot with an advisor on busy days to get best service. Certainly well worth a visit for ideas and advice from very experienced suppliers , with good selection of showroom items to see . Useful to take project measurements.

This company has been amazing. We are on our third bathroom/en suite within a year and each time Brian has provided service par excellence. In particular we would like to comment on Brian's immense patience and attention to detail. We don't think this company is any more expensive than elsewhere once they have discounted certain items, and the value-added in drawings, renderings and sound advice has probably saved us thousands of £££s in mistakes that we would otherwise have made along the way. There are multiple decisions to make in choosing and designing a bathroom so we leant heavily on Brian's experience and he found elegant solutions right through the process.
