Brilliant service when purchasing a new phone however when recycling the device the system suddenly became 'unresponsive'. The staff member in question no hadn't realised I saw him switch the WiFi to his device off so he could not deal with this part of the.customer interaction.

I want to say how helpful Anthony was today in store, he went above and beyond to help my friend, he was pleasant and helpful and did all that he could. He’s a credit to EE.

Just got a new phone from the new starter there and it was painless.. great service from him and the rest of the guys in there.. very friendly and helpful and extremely efficient.. happy days will definitely recommend them to friends and family

Got a sim deal for my daughter so she has more data on her phone, it is useful for when she's at college, notes and recordings etc.

I was helped immediately on entering the shop the person who helped me was very polite and friendly he advised me on all the options it took a short time to complete the option i agreed on perfect service from start to finish would definitely recommend EE to friends and family

Perfect customer service from Jackie today. She helped me get sorted with new contract phone..sorted all my apps and passwords out..gave me a really good deal and I came away extremely happy.. and not stressed at all .thank you so much. Would definitely recommend EE to everyone

Took an elderly Aunt for a phone upgrade and new tablet today. Excellent service from Paul and his trainee. Explained everything and had great patience with us.
