Brilliant service! I was looking for a specific rug that I could not find in stock anywhere. Heugah Interiors had it in their warehouse, they sent it shortly after I made the order and I was delivered on the very next day.

Found Heugah by shopping around for a, specific, very large rug. How prices can vary! In our case by 100s of pounds.. However important price is, however, customer service is of equal importance, particularly if buying this sort of product on-line. I was v satisfied with the service and the price received from Heugah. A hitch in the supply chain was dealt with v swiftly and actions taken explained clearly and precisely. All communications were clear and responses fast. I would highly recommend Heugah - they make buying easy.. I'd definitely use them again.

I ordered a beautiful rug from Heugah Interiors which was on sale for Black Friday. I was a bit unsure of ordering from them because I didn't see many reviews online, but the experience was perfect. Someone from the shop even emailed me to check on my postcode and let me know personally when my rug had shipped. I'll definitely shop here again.

I have made several large furniture purchases online over the last year. Heugah provided hands down the best experience. I had a lot of questions and back and forth with Mark before making a decision on a rug. Mark’s responses were timely, honest and patient. Incredible value for beautiful, high quality products. I cannot recommend highly enough.
