Worst McDonald’s ever, order is always wrong, takes ages to even get it, I waited half an hour for a happy meal! The staff are all miserable and the service is shocking, in such a busy area you would think they would improve but it’s been like this for a long time. So many better McDonald’s restaurant close by

Without doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever tried to eat, probably the worst food I've ever eaten. Difficult to know how they can make it taste so bad, Stinks of chemicals so probably use the buns for cleaning the toilets with. Don't waste your money here, you will live to regret it, or maybe not even live, but die from it

Really is the worst McDonalds out there, drive through always takes ages and food is 9/10 times wrong. Don’t try your luck with getting it delivered because it’s always cold and wrong again. Staff don’t seem to know what to do there.

This has got to be one of the worst Mc Donalds franchise I have ever experienced.... food is always warm never hot. Staff do not care, the managers have the same attitude.

Yet another nightmare experience at this branch. 25 minutes waiting for drive through order. ‘Park up please’ Where?? Cars 3 rows deep all waiting for orders. Place is swamped with delivery drivers who appear to take priority. Order finally came out. Due to every past order being wrong I checked. Sure enough it was wrong! Went inside to complain as usual. Order replaced. I went through it with counter staff to make sure it was right. Got home and it was wrong again and cold !! Phoned and complained to a manager who asked me to return to sort out. This branch needs sorting out and quickly

McDonald’s walkden is one of the worst. Chips are never fully cooked. Burgers always burnt or raw. Never a happy medium. Iv thrown food out time and again. Cold white chips and burnt burger today. Do not recommend at all

Don't know how this McDonalds stays open at times. Arrived just before noon and they didn't have the burger I wanted in stock. Then waited for a while in their overcrowded car-park to be given my order. After getting home with it 10 mins away, they had missed a full burger from the order and the chips were cold. How can chips be cold when we are all parked up and you are supposedly giving us our orders fresh from being made? £12 completely wasted.

Always check your order if you going through a drive through because the staffs seem to always forget something from the orders. Sometimes it feels like they are stealing from you coz by the time you get home you can’t be bothered to drive back to get the missing items and just have to let it be. Which seem to the the case for this place. Not sure if they do it intentionally.And if you decide to drive back they’ll make you wait ages for it.

Even though it's my closest McDonalds I avoid it when I can. Unfortunately this was the only one available after getting out of a later film. As predicted the drink I wanted wasn't available and the fries are getting worse. Cold, unsalted and more than half at the bottom of the bag.Lad on the till was polite and welcoming but the girl throwing our order through the window was gobbing off to her colleagues.

Breakfast was good, I love the double sausage and eggs mcmuffin and the hash brown. The problem comes with the time you have to wait for your order. This time it wasn’t extremely annoying but it is definitely a recurring problem. The workers are nice though, they work nicely and are very helpful. They can be a little bit distracted with orders and misplace some items but this time the experience was mostly good. Will be coming back obviously because I love McDonalds and it’s the only one close.
